has been in business for over 25 years helping small businesses, primarily in Southern California, with all their financial needs. We are a one-stop-shop for small businesses, professional firms and individuals, meeting their needs in a competitive and ever-changing business, tax and financial environment.

Although we have clients throughout the state of California and even in other states, we mostly concentrate on serving small businesses in the Ventura and Los Angeles area, including the cities of Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Van Nuys, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena as well as West Los Angeles.

Income tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll are among the basic services we provide to small businesses and individuals. As a CPA firm, we understand how important it is to our client to lower their taxes. When preparing our clients tax returns, we go out of our way to analyze their financial situation to see how we can minimize their tax burden.

Accounting and income tax return preparation are just the means by which we try to accomplish other objectives for our clients, mainly minimize their tax burden and minimize the burden of paperwork and government reporting, so that our clients can concentrate on growing their business.
